We're committed to keeping the ancient art of print making alive, blending traditional techniques with modern aesthetics. Our prints are a testament to the skill and creativity of our artisans.
Our printmakers draw original sketches onto blocks, carve the illustrations in relief with woodcarving tools, rolls ink onto the cut blocks, and print the blocks onto paper or cloth all by hand.
Inspired by the anatomical precision with the imaginative influences of science fiction cinema and artists such as Hajime Sorayama. Drawing from themes of biology, futurism, cyberpunk, and dark fantasy, Everyday Human Studios work explores the increasingly blurred boundary between the organic and the mechanical.
Drawing inspiration as well from TV, movies and the natural landscape of Midwest where their studio resides, Everyday Human Studios touches a multitude of subject matter.
We print in limited, numbered editions.
